All services are back up and running.
Analyses pending status "New" can be discarded. The runfiles can be re-uploaded and will progress to status "Ready for review".

The issue was caused by a DNS outage on Azure. See: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/systemd/+bug/1988119
This prevented certain FastFinder components from starting properly.

We're investigating an issue for analyses that are not progressing to a status "Ready for review" but keep pending status "New". We'll provide additional information here as it becomes available
